| Abstract：The quality inspection of petrochemical raw materials is a key link in ensuring production safety and product quality, but its results are influenced by various factors. This article explores the main influencing factors such as personnel quality, instrument and equipment, environmental conditions, sample collection and preparation, and inspection methods, and proposes corresponding optimization measures, including strengthening personnel training, improving instrument and equipment management, strictly controlling environmental conditions, standardizing sample processing procedures, and optimizing inspection method management. Research has shown that by systematically analyzing and addressing these influencing factors, the accuracy and reliability of inspection work can be significantly improved, providing a guarantee for the high-quality development of the petrochemical industry. |
