Abstract ：Internet public opinion in Colleges and universities has the characteristics of fast transmission speed, wide range, diverse means of transmission, sensitive content, diverse communication subjects and strong interaction. Colleges and universities should strive to improve the management system, clarify the division of responsibilities, improve the management mechanism, upgrade monitoring means, improve ideological understanding, enhance coping ability, expand the propaganda position, and strengthen the guidance of public opinion.
