Abstract : Contemporary college students are at a critical juncture of rapid social change and personal growth, facing multiple pressures such as academic, interpersonal, employment, and emotional pressures. Their mental health status is increasingly becoming a focus of social attention. Emotional management ability, as a core component of individual emotional intelligence, refers to an individual's ability to perceive, understand, express, regulate, and apply their own and others' emotions. This study aims to explore the intrinsic relationship and mechanism between the emotional management ability of college students and their mental health level.
