Abstract : With the deepening development of the knowledge economy era and the continuous deepening of higher education reform, cultivating high-quality talents with innovative spirit and practical ability has become the core mission of universities. The ability of student self-management, as a key core competency for individual growth and success, is not only related to their learning efficiency and quality of life during university, but also the cornerstone for their lifelong development and sustainable competitiveness after entering society. However, the traditional student management model in universities generally has problems such as strong administrative color, lack of student subjectivity, and single management methods, which seriously restrict the stimulation of students' autonomy and the comprehensive development of their abilities.
