Abstract : With the deep integration of next-generation information technology into education, Chinese language instruction in technical colleges is experiencing unprecedented transformation opportunities. Micro-lectures, as a fragmented and precise teaching medium, demonstrate unique advantages in enhancing instructional efficiency and stimulating students' learning motivation. This paper explores innovative design strategies and practical implementation pathways for micro-lectures from the perspective of technology empowerment, while addressing the specific characteristics and needs of Chinese language teaching in technical colleges. Through empirical analysis, the effectiveness of these approaches is validated to provide actionable references for educational reform in Chinese language education at technical institutions.
